Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase, provided the item remains unopened and in its original condition. Harnesses can be returned even if opened, as long as they are in good condition.

Returns are not accepted if the product has been used.

Returns are also not accepted for personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.

Once we receive the product at our offices, the estimated refund time is 5-14 days.

The following return costs apply when processing through our shipping provider. If you choose to return through a different carrier, Wango is not responsible for package loss or incidents during transport.
