How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

Spain mainland: 2-4 business days.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-6 business days.

Canary Islands: 3-6 business days.

Rest of Europe: 3-6 business days.

USA and Canada: 5-8 business days.

LATAM: 6-10 business days.

For orders with personalized products, delivery time extends to 7-17 business days depending on destination.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping above a certain amount depending on the zone:

Spain mainland: Free from €29.90. Below: €4.90.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: Free from €38.90. Below: €5.90-€6.90.

Rest of Europe: Free from €49.90. Below: €6.90.

USA, Canada and LATAM: Free from €59.90. Below: €14.90.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase. The order, including its original packaging, must be sent back in resellable condition. Returns are not accepted for used products or personalized items (except for manufacturing defects).

Mainland Spain: Free drop-off point returns. Home pickup: €4.90.

Balearic Islands/Ceuta/Melilla: Drop-off: €4.90. Home pickup: €5.90.

Canary Islands: Drop-off: €6.90. Home pickup: €8.90.

Rest of Europe: Drop-off: €8.90.

Once we receive the product at our offices, the refund is processed within 5 to 14 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all of Europe, the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Please note that for destinations outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs handling costs and any local taxes or duties that may apply in their destination country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us at info@wangopet.com and we'll resend it.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We prepare orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make a change or cancel, email us at info@wangopet.com as soon as you can. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can modify it without any issue. Once shipped, you'll need to wait until you receive it and request a return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

What if I receive a defective product?

We're very sorry to hear that. Email us at info@wangopet.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We'll review it and offer a solution as soon as possible, whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

The most important thing is to measure your dog's neck and chest circumference with a flexible tape measure. With those measurements, check our size guide to find the perfect fit. If your dog is between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger one, as all our harnesses are adjustable.

Are Wango harnesses suitable for all breeds?

Yes. Our harnesses are designed to fit all breeds and body types, from a Chihuahua to a German Shepherd. We offer sizes from XS to XL, with adjustable neck and chest straps to ensure a comfortable and secure fit regardless of your dog's build.

How do I wash Wango products?

We recommend hand washing harnesses and leashes with cold or lukewarm water and mild soap. Let them air dry, avoiding prolonged direct sun exposure. Do not use bleach or put them in the washing machine, as this could damage the materials and buckles.
